These terms cover dopedumbgames.com and every game you play on it, including Crypto Warz and ’Merica Bird. The site and the games are made by Dope Dumb Games, operated by TemplateTap LLC (“we” and “us”). By using the site or playing a game, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the games.

Playing our games

Our games are free to play in your web browser, for your own fun. You don’t need an account. If you’re under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

Play fair

Please don’t:

• Copy the games or host them somewhere else.
• Sell, rent or charge for access to them.
• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site.
• Use bots or scripts to scrape the site.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Our games are ours

The games, their names, logos, art, music, sounds and code belong to TemplateTap LLC. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play them in your browser, which we can end at any time. Everything we don’t expressly give you, we keep.

You’re welcome to stream your play and to share screenshots and videos of it, including on channels that earn money from ads, subscriptions, tips or sponsors. Just don’t suggest they come from us or that we endorse you.

Other people’s names and logos

Crypto Warz shows the names and logos of real cryptocurrencies as targets in a parody game. They belong to their owners. We aren’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Not financial advice

Nothing in our games is financial or investment advice. The coins in Crypto Warz are only things to shoot. There is no real money, crypto or trading in any of our games.

Your progress

Your progress is saved only in your own browser (see our Privacy Policy). We can’t see it, back it up or bring it back. Clearing your browser’s data, using another browser or device, or a private window will start you over. Updates to a game can change how its progress works.

Changes to the games

We may update, change or remove any game or any part of the site at any time, without notice.

Health

Our games have flashing lights, bright colors and fast motion. A small number of people can have a seizure from flashing lights, even with no history of seizures or epilepsy. If you or someone in your family has had seizures or epilepsy, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop playing right away if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, lose awareness, or feel any other discomfort. Take breaks.

No warranty

The site and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be error free, always available or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TemplateTap LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the site or the games. Because the site and the games are free, our total liability for all claims about them, added together, is limited to US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If one part doesn’t apply

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
